Coding round was fair, system design was collaborative (they nudge you, it is not adversarial). But there is a dedicated values round and it is scored like the rest. Prepare examples of feedback you gave, conflict you handled, a time you changed your mind. I almost skipped prepping it and that would have cost me the offer.
