Meta loop is fast and unforgiving: two 45-min coding rounds, two problems each

Each coding round is two problems in 45 minutes, so you have ~20 minutes per problem including talking. Optimal solution AND clean code AND narration, at speed. One behavioral, one design. I solved both problems in one round but too slowly and it showed in the debrief. Speed is a graded axis here whether they admit it or not.
