Phone screen was a medium graph problem. Onsite: two coding rounds (a hard-ish DP and a tree problem where they cared way more about how I communicated than the optimal), one system design (design a nearby-friends feature), and a behavioral. Hiring committee took ~2 weeks after. Levels put L4 in India around the low-70s LPA total and the number landed in that range. Communicate constantly, they score the thought process, not just the final code.
